By purchasing from Three Little Cubs you are agreeing to the terms and conditions detailed below.
All items are handmade and can be pre-ordered, I will update my page regularly with expected shipping times, however sometimes there are delays in fabric and yarn delivery and I solely make all items for sale, so shipping times may vary from what is stated.
I may need to pause orders from time to time to allow me to catch up and avoid lengthy waiting times.
The details displayed for the items I have for sale are correct at the time the information was entered onto the system.
I do my utmost to ensure all pictures of items for sale are a true representation of colours, textures and finishes, I do occasionally use a filter to brighten the picture if they appear to dull . However, I cannot 100% guarantee that the product you receive can be a true match to what is displayed on your computer, phone, tablet, etc.
As all my items for sale are handmade, fabric placement may vary for each item you order, as well as the items pictured for sale.
Sizes for sale range from 0-3 months up to 3-4 years, larger sizes can be made on request.
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.
Refund and Returns
Refunds are accepted on all items purchased from Three Little Cubs if you are not 100% satisfied 28 days upon delivery of your order. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, I will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unwashed and unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is also required.
If you change your mind prior to your item being dispatched, please contact me to cancel or amend your order.
Once your returned items are received and inspected I shall contact you to inform you if a refund has been granted or not, reasons for an order not being refunded would be if the item has been worn, washed or if is unsellable due to any smell of cigarette smoke or similar on the item/s. Any refunds will be sent to your original payment method.
Please allow 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account prior to contacting me if it does not appear to have been received.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and postage costs for unwanted items will be paid for at the buyers’ expense. If any items are found to be faulty the cost of shipping will be reimbursed.
Faulty items need to be reported within 30 days, otherwise it will be classed as wear and tear.
I would recommend using a trackable postal service that will cover the cost of your order if it were to go missing. I am unable to guarantee that I will receive your return.
Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time prior to the order being completed. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you or commence the services.
As customers of Three Little Cubs, I may hold some personal information about you, which includes your name, email address, postal address and telephone number. I do not have access to any of your financial information. Personal information will be held on my own laptop, which is password protected and does not leave the office in my house.
